Complaint against Vodafone

Over the past couple of years as a customer with Vodafone, I have never known a company to deal with issues so poorly. There were three numbers on my account, 1 with a separate billing profile- there have been many occasions where Vodafone have merged all billing profiles together, causing my daughter to have a massive bill of which has caused distress and worry. I cannot tell you how many times this has happened- there are copious amounts of notes on the system about this and yet it still continues. There has been mis selling on the companies part which has caused me to remove two phones from this account- I still however am getting bills regarding these phones, even though they should have been cancelled. On the 10th August 2017, I was informed that as well as the three phones, there was another phone on my account. When asked where this phone had come from I was greeted with unhelpful responses and 'I don't know' - this was from your highest department in Vodafone. The way it was dealt with left me feeling very disappointed and even more worried about what would happen regarding this number of which I had never purchased. I was then told that there was only one bill ever linked to my account - how is this possible, I have had the still contracted phone with Vodafone for just under two years, with every bill paid. I was then informed that notes had not been updated, that cancellations had not been carried through and that the notes on your system were not informative at all. I have tried to cancel two numbers and they still have not been cancelled. I have not been given any informative advice or been read the terms and conditions in order to cancel. The amount of distress and worry that this has caused is not acceptable and quite frankly has been dealt with poorly and unprofessionally. The number ending in 904 is still contracted with Vodafone, however because of all of this unnecessary hassle I am considering removing all of my custom from them. I am incredibly disappointed and have not been appreciative of the way I have been spoken to by various members of the Vodafone team.
