Complaint against Vodafone
Vodafone have been charging me nearly 10 extra per month in error, for a service I haven't received. I went on live chat 25.08.17 to query what the charge was for as my bills seem to be higher than everyone else I know. They admitted the mistake and said they owed me 384 pound, minus mine and my partners phone bill which was due round about same time. They deducted this amount and agreed to pay me 240.42. I did not receive after the 5 working days as promised. I contacted again on live chat was told it had definitely been done and maybe a delay due to bank holiday, I agreed and left it a couple more days, this time to be told my bank was slow and at fault and to contact them. I contacted my bank and they actually laughed at me. I called Vodafone again and the lady assured me it had been done and would receive within 5 working days. We are 10th working day and no refund. I am contacting trading standards thanks.
