Complaint against Vodafone

Vodafone kept telling me i had unlimited test drive with my data then i had issues of being overcharged and they said you need to turn of mobile data even when connected to wifi. Well i made couple payments to vodafone and they did apply few credits on my account. Then i was told my actual bill will start June when it started i wanted to be informed when to setup direct debit i was never contacted. Come december i was told i have a bill outstanding 1300 pounds all of a sudden apparently i was using over 30 gb data per month which i told them it is impossible for me to use that much and they were never helpful but just said these charges are valid pay us. January i told them i wont pay this its a ridiculous amount i will never have used this much data as im a housewoman the whole day connected to the wifi. Ombudsman didnt help at all they said vodafone is offering £100 discount nothing else. I told vodafone to contact me on another number as my line was suspended they never did. All they sent was debt collection letter of paying the outstanding balance and i already told them you need to be reasonable.
