Complaint against Vodafone
I have been having a lot of problems with Vodafone. With charges for late payment even though i use DD which has affected my credit score. I have had wrong information given to me. I have spent hours on the phone trying to state my problems and getting nowhere. The latest problem has me scratching my head. I was advised to change my DD date and i have now had two months bills in the space of 6 days! With some of the issues i have received credit back from Vodafone but i feel this is not enough because of the time and anguish it has taken to get to that point. I need help to see whether i have a case against Vodafone. The bottom line is i do not trust Vodafone with my money.
