[LAPSED] Vodafone cancelled my direct debit

Complaint against Vodafone

They cancelled my direct debit, I only discovered this when my service was suspended, I arranged a direct debit payment to come out for £400 as I couldn't be bothered with the hassle from Vodafone, this came out on the 23 January 2017 and it was confirmed via there online chat and also it is recorded on my Vodafone account, I have spent so much time on this via calls online chat and on the telephone trying to sort this out and meanwhile my service keeps being suspended. All my complaints have been ignored by Vodafone

There is no point Vodafone are not any help with this matter and continue to pursue me for a balance I have paid. I'm looking to leave and go with a company that will appreciate my business.
