Complaint against Vodafone
I brought a month sim card with my phone and told there was a limit on data but now are saying i exceeded and charged me an extra £156.00 form 27th of Sept to 13 Oct - I did not receive any notification / message from Vodafone whatsoever. The only way I found out about this is I saw a cheaper tariff from Vodafone so I phoned and they have sprung this Does anyone else have same problems?
