Complaint against Vodafone

miss sold broadband as they told me i could carry my business home phone number over, called them more than once to ask why my number hasn't changed over and was told that it would happen soon sir,then guess what !!,my number was no longer transferable as it was a virgin number, then you will never guess !!,my thirty days had passed so was no longer entitled to cancel without a fee,contacted old supplier who told me that my old number is no longer available as more than thirty days had past,but did tell me that i would be entitled to compensation and to start a complaints procedure, and gave me the number to call,very helpful. started complaints procedure and was offered two months free broadband, but for losing a business land line number declined the offer, the phone operator even agreed and put me to the next level, told me i would be contacted within 24 hours, never happened ! i called again ,no return call ,so i think it must be time to seek legal advice if anyone can help regards
