[RESPONDED] Vodaphone not sending bills or cancelling contract yet seeking £900 plus damaged my credit

Complaint against Vodafone

I had been a loyal Customer to vodaphone for many years. First in Jan 2015 I was mis sold a beer iPad with more data and less cust than what materialised. This was ever used. I asked them to collect it - they never did but continued to bill me. Separately I was moving house and staying in a hotel when I discovered that 450 had bed. Taken out of my account without notification by vodaphone. I complained and was promised they would refund. They ignored complaints and eventually after ombudsman who were much better, refunded half. I had cancelled contracts but they have continued to charge me running up A further £900... They have failed to return at jeast 20 calls and ignored my registered delivery letters. Ombudsman has been useless saying because they adjudicated previously they can't help even though different issues ! I lost a job with co-op bank and was u employed for 8 months as result

Thanks callen. I responded as the full issues haven't yet been addressed including cancellation of contracts and my address being changed without authority so I didn't know you had issued a default whilst we were in dispute

Thanks copies of my bills and my credit file rectified would be a good start along with the bills rectified as promised last year and confirmation that my contracts were cancelled in line with my original written request - vodaphone unbeknown to me did not cancel and carried on charging for higher call plans too ! Many thanks I do hope thie issues can finally be resolved to restore some faith
