I am trying to terminate my contract early or at least reduce my monthly contract since I am losing my job. They have been very unhelpful and have told me I would have to pay £1200 to cancel which I cannot afford. I felt I was duped into signing up with them in the first place as I was at the time with O2 and had been for many years. Apparently they are a subsidiary and were able to get all my information from O2 making me believe it was O2 calling me. They were very pushy and I was busy. Now I am signed up to a contract I cannot afford or get out of.
