Being charged for a service we never subscribed to

Tap2Bill
Same story as most people on here. We are being charged £8 per month from this dubious company for daily texts to one of our phones with a service we never subscribed to. Your guidance says not to use words like "Fraud" and "Con Merchants" so I will stop short of saying that, and just say that this company seem morally dubious. We would like a refund of the money taken from us if Tap2bill would like to discuss
