Complaint against Tap2Bill
This complaint regards to a an excess fee that has been added to my account without my consent. I am disputing the charges made and requesting a refund immediately as I have no knowledge about subscription applied to my account that has been registered under my name nor do I understand how access has been gained to my account via my phone bill which is a direct debt transaction as I did not authorise these payments. If this matter is not resolved I will have no other alternative but to escalate to financial ombudsman services (FOS) Thank you.
