Theft of £255 from my phone account

Complaint against Tap2Bill

I have today discovered that I am being billed for 4 text messages at £3.75 per text a month from Tap2Bill. I have not received these messages. I did not subscribe to receive these messages. I had to call O2, my mobile service provider to find out who was sending the messages I have been charged for. They gave me a landing number and also informed me I could text STOP to 87066 ([email protected]) for a fee of £3.75. I called from my landline and after giving my details and holding for a while, the call was terminated. I called O2 and they connected for me. After a long wait 5-10 mins, I was put through and the call was immediately terminated. I have looked through my O2 statements and discovered that I have been charged for 4 texts a month since March 2016 - I am writing this in August 2017. I have not received a single text from that number in all of that time. I would like an immediate, full refund and an explanation.
