Complaint against Unicom
I became a Unicom customer when my existing company was bought out by them (So never CHOSE Unicom and never agreed their T&C's). They wrote to tell me nothing (Including T&C's) would change. I gave notice to leave towards end of my contract as price doubled and I didn't want it to roll over to a new contract. I gave the correct notice (30 days). Unicom then said I had breached "Their" contract which was 90 days, (they NEVER gave me their contact) so issued me with huge termination fee, saying I hadn't given notice in time. Took a year for them to drop the fee and agree they were wrong. Many threats, calls, letters and stress. They are bullies.
