Complaint against Unicom
i had a small business and used Unicom as my provider. On signing up very l little information was given to me. I specifically asked the salesman if there was a termination fee should I sell my business in the future and he categorically told me there would be no termination fee. However, I had to put the business up for sale as my sister was terminally ill and I wanted to spend time with her. I sold the business and the new owner took over the telephone number and line without any interruption in service. However, they then told me I would have to pay in excess of £1,500 and then constantly bullied and harassed me continually for months.
