Unicom needs to read what is returned to them and not assume what is written.
Complaint against Unicom
Unicom took over my supply of electricity without my knowledge or authority (Erroneous Transfer); however they believe that there is nothing they can do about this and I am stuck with them for 12 months. Their pricing is higher than my previous supplier and they have taken excessive unauthorised payments from my bank causing my to go overdrawn with all the associated problems of that. I find their actions and advice from customer services to be below par and totally unacceptable. Even if the customer is right Unicom believe them to be wrong and only Unicom is ever right!
