Signed up in January and have had many issues. The stability of the line dropping out customers cards in my business declined as no WiFi ! They said it had dropped 7 times in 7 days which is quite normal! The main issue is that I signed up for their ‘free’ WiFi for use to the customers - it’s never worked - excuse after excuse. Now I’m told it won’t work for what ever reason but because it’s free for 6 months I can’t do anything about it as it’s not part of my contract. I signed up as this was an essential part of what I wanted. Basically they said there is nothing I can do about it - it’s free!!
