Complaint against iTalk Telecom
Started off very well, ended up badly. Cancelled contract, agreed to pay cancellation fee yet they try to charge me every month for the service I don’t receive . They took money out of my account after I cancelled direct debit. They called my new internet provider and cancelled contract on my behalf ! Absolutely disgusting . I left the company over a month ago and they call and email me few times a week demanding activation of direct debit . I left feedback on Trustpilot and they said I’m not real customer and feedback was taken off ! Avoid at all cost !
