£30 Charge for Disconnection of the Service
Complaint against Plusnet
After having poor internet service for my years contract with Plusnet I decided to not renew you contract for a further period and so have been charged £30 to have my phone line that I never used disconnected . I did question the charge but was told that there was no option but to pay. I have paid to ensure that my credit rating is not impacted but don't feel happy about this charge.
