I recently (foolishly) agreed to "upgrade" My broadband from Plusnet to talk talk when my account went lively download speeds were pathetic rang to complain and cancel when I got through to Plusnet they have me a direct dial number to reinstate my account. This did nt happen I was on hold for 30 minutes and wasted my break in work and more! I then spent my lunchtime on online chat and waiting in a call the chat told me I needed to ring! The customer service advisor I spoke to was so rude that the person in the room with me couldn't believe it! I then spoke to manager who was equally nonchalant and rude!
