Delays with Plusnet home move, most disinterested customer service team i've ever dealt with!
Complaint against Plusnet
I recently moved to a new flat, I feel it's important to say that this new flat is only upstairs from my previous! I arranged my broadband homemove with Plusnet, 2 weeks on, still no internet! Latest date given is almost 3 weeks after move. As part of the home move I had to sign a new 2 year contract to 'cover the costs', and I was told I would get a refund for any downtime. As someone who works from home regularly, up to 3 weeks without internet and a mere refund is simply not enough, all calls to Customer service were met by very disinterested staff, who showed no desire to go above and beyond to help!
