Complaint against Plusnet
Switched 4 accounts from Virgin during this week. My wifes account 4 days waiting for her number to be ported My own account 3 days waiting. Yet one of my sons account was done within hours. All 3 sims were inserted prior to 6pm Virgin have confirmed all 4 accounts previously with them have been deactivated. When telephone 500. All i get is an apologetic answer. Its not good enough Plusnet!
