Complaint against Plusnet
On 10Mb, est. 1-3Mb, since 27Feb 2019, and the speed was acceptable outside peak hours (never bothered measuring it). Into May and the connection started dropping, measured speed shows 0.3-0.5 Mbs in the mornings 8am. I can hardly open any website. My minimum contract speed is 0.25 Mbs, which of course is a joke.
