Complaint against Plusnet
Hi, I responded to an offer of upgrade to Super high speed broadband. Paid the extra, installed new router etc, etc. not only has there been no noticeable increase. I have complained twice and gone through the horror that are the help experts and it is getting slower, and slower, and slower. If I dog it out long enough the contract will blissfully end and I can get on board with Vodaphone as they keep offering me the earth to change. I'm sure my "service" will slothfully grind to a shuddering halt very shortly. Thank heavens for my mobile phone access.
