Complaint against Plusnet
After only being with them a few months with nothing but problems that they didn't seem capable to resolve I moved to another provider. 3days before the switch everything stopped working to then being told I had issues with my phone line. Yes they offered to send a engineer out to sort the issue but this wouldn't have been until after the switch to my new provider. So connect my new providers equipment and oh look at that I have internet again....
