Complaint against Sky

We are very annoyed with Sky about our account. We phoned Sky back in September 29th and spoke to a young lad named Michael about our account, as we couldn't afford to have Sky sports so our bill came down for the 10th October to £37.87 to come out on the 10th October. Which it came out on the 7th October. Our next bill for £41.37 should have come out on the 7th November, but it came out on the 5th November. Which we didn't have sufficient funds, as it should have come out on the 7th November, and after that £35 in December onwards. We are very annoyed that you take the monies out earlier than expected. We wait for your reply.
