[LAPSED] Being told by Mumbai that I don't understand english

Complaint against Sky

Fault on my sky box phoned up was spoken to rudely and had voiced raised at me before being put through to a "manager" called "harold" who told me not to interrupt and it's my fault as I'm "not understanding English language"
