Complaint against Sky

I had broadband issues for weeks maybe even months when I switched to skyQ box and was sent another router After several phone calls this was sorted but I was billed for not even using the service as I could not use it

I already did call sky several times you held my payment as I had an issue then billed me when it was all resolved with no credit ocard company and anything when I was told by a manager a credit would be put on my account. I was even told sorry for the way a customer service advisor spk to me as the manager listened to the call
