Complaint against Sky

I googled sky customer services on my iPhone to get the number to call them as my landline phone was not receiving incoming calls. I then used my parents telephone to ring Sky as my mobile free minutes were nearly up. I hadn't realised this was a premium rate telephone number until I received the bill for over £140.00 which I was gobsmacked with as I hadn't even known premium calls to Sky even existed. They informed me that a number of customers had informed them of this problem which I then told them they should have informed all their customers to watch out for this. I was extremely disappointed in Sky when they said there was nothing they could do about this and suggested I contacted yourself.
