[RESOLVED] - Constant hassel , constantly fobbed off

Complaint against Sky

My fiber optic broadband speeds are as low as 1gb and I pay for this monthly. I called so many times and they blame my devices on it. I only had one device on and cant watch even youtube sometimes. Every time I call I am put through line tests and they dont call me back, when someone does its my fault. They say they are giving me 40gb of speed I am getting none of that. They say line is fine. They wont send any one out to look at it. And every time I try and ask I get fobbed off with trouble shooting.

Chat is always busy , waited for a hour. No one. Asked for email address on twitter,. was denied and fobbed off with trouble shooting again, the reason why I am fed up calling in the first place. I will attempt to call again at some point today and return here.

Thanks to the nice Belfast employee who couldn't believe I was treated this way previously by sky for sending out an engineer next week and taking me seriously. He was shocked they had not done it and closed my case the last time I called without resolving but blaming me. I had to go through all this and I think becasue the guy was from Northern Ireland as am I that was the only way I was going to get help.
