[LAPSED] Continuing nightmare with Sky

Complaint against Sky

Thank you for publicising my complaint. Sky responded asking me to call them. I had already spoken to someone that day who tried to talk me out of cancelling and wasn't accepting that I had been through the broadband 'trouble shooting' process so many times and problem not resolved and they not cancelling or offering refund. They have agreed to put through cancellation as I have paid month in advance the cancellation will activate in about 10 days however the broadband is already 'down' again. I work from Home can not get my work done it's us really stressing me out.
