Diabolical Service

Complaint against Sky

Continual loss of broadband service since service was first provided on 9 January 2015 up until May 2015 when I cancelled the service due to its unreliability.

This response from SKY is a perfect example of the poor quality and lack of communication within the SKY organization. I complained to Sky numerous times by telephone and also attempted to complain on-line by "Live Chat" but kept getting the following message:- "Live Chat busy, please wait... All of our Sky experts are currently busy with other customers. Checking availability... Live Chat is available 7am to 11pm, 7 days a week." My letters to SKY dated 11 May 16 June and 28 June refer.

You have ignored my letters as detailed in my earlier response to you which were all sent by registered mail and emails. These provided all details of my complaint and your poor service and gave you information on how to contact me directly. Attempting to contact you via your website has proved virtually impossible as explained in my letters and my earlier response above. Please respond to my letters and emails without further delay.

SKY have failed to reply to my previous comments and their negligence in failing to provide Commercial Collection Services (CCS) with accurate information in pursuing a false debt claim against me. I suffered a great deal of harassment and distress and I have not yet received any compensation for this and personal expenses I have incurred as a direct result of SKY and CCS negligence in raising a false debt claim against me. All information has been provided to SKY and CCS in my letters to them

SKY responded to my complaint with these same comments on 6 July 2015 to which I responded on 7 July 2015 and subsequent responses. SKY's comments of 23 Dec 2015 (twice with same comments) are another typical example of their negligence and incompetence in responding constructively to my complaint and supporting correspondence.
