[LAPSED] i have been having problems with sky recording failing since november 2014

Complaint against Sky

i have rang sky up on numerous occasion complaining as my equipment keep failing to record it keeps saying technical error, they sent engineers out and they have told me that they think there is an item of equipment in my house like microwave, radio, etc or even a garage door somewhere around that might be breaking the waves causing the equipment to fail, I feel that this is really unfair as I am paying for an installation that is not functioning as it should do and therefore surely if this is what is causing it to fail then why havn't they improved there equipment to stop this from happening, it is not cheap to have these services and I am not getting the service I am paying for
