[RESOLVED] - Increased charges without notifying me

Complaint against Sky

I was on an offer package with Sky Broadband for the last year paying £7.50 then £8.50 per month. (This notification of increase was sent to me by post last year) Without notifying me they expired the offer and charged me the full amount of £25.57 today. I phoned their customer services and a lady called Zainab told me that they didn't have to notify me of this but it should come up on my bill. I said I don't get bills so she said I should receive them online. I said I didn't have an online account, so she replied that it was my responsibility to check my bills and that's all she could advise me.
