Complaint against Sky

Hello iv had sky since nov I thoght a change maybe good so put in for a new company a few days later a lady calls me saying if and when she can see the new company leave line alone (basically dont leave sky) there get me back online that day so after her advice I rang new supplier and said im staying with sky then a hour or 2 later the ladys from sky called back and said there is a outstanding balance and I need to clear it befor I can rejoin sky AFTER ID Cancelled the new order if that's not being lied to and mislead then I dont know what is and made a complaint but took 4days being passed piller to post so dont trust the number they try fob u off with to make a complaint
