Complaint against Sky

I cancelled all contracts with Sky in Feb 2017. Due to pressure from my wife I mistakenly agreed to rejoin in December 2017 via a lengthy sales call. A specific package (Variety bundle) was selected including Kids Channels and the contract agreed, installation was not available for 6 weeks. Finally at installation my wife was charged an unpublished and unexplained charge of £25 and we have been set up on the Entertainment bundle. Without any notice or my agreement Sky have amended my contract and agreed service detrimentally. If I now want access to the kids channels I have to pay an additional £5 per month - thus my contract is £115 more expensive than I was sold and agreed before I’d even been provided service. During the installation process Sky took payment and discussed the account details with a non account holder with no security checks, breaching DPA. I have tried to complain but unable to get through by phone or Live Chat, Sky Help on Twitter refuse to acknowledge or resolve the complaint. I have even attempted contact direct with Alastair Hosie with no response. Perhaps he will deem to respond to the breaches in his compliance function via this medium.
