[LAPSED] sky didnt cancel my contract from my old house

Complaint against Sky

I moved from my house which I sold 2 years ago into new accomadation, I carried over sky and was told once installed and running my old contract would be cancelled, I have found out today that I have been paying for two contracts for the last 2 years, when I phoned sky they confirmed this I asked how I go about reimbursing the money, I was told I wont be getting anything because nothing was registered, is there anything I could do to get my money back.
