Complaint against Sky

I contacted Sky to inform them I required a replacement dish as mine had rusted and fallen down. I was told I would have to pay a call out fee which I eccepted but then was told I would have to wait 2 weeks for the repair to take place which I feel is completely unacceptable as I would have to keep paying for television I was unable to watch
