Complaint against Sky

We have a intermittent fault with the viewing card that I have complained about . I was told you would send a new card out but was not told the existing card would be cancelled. This means i would have no sky channels until the new card arrives. This is a totally unacceptable method of customer care .having intermittent viewing is better than none. So i am to put up with a faulty card or loose my viewing until a new card arrives .as stated before this is not acceptable method to loose a service that is paid for.
