15 weeks and still no landline or internet.

Complaint against BT

Ordered new landline/broadband on 12th Feb (moving to a new build), was due to be installed 4th March, have since had numerous "updates" with seemingly no actual work carried out. First engineers visit was on 1st April (even though BT had said work was in progress). Have been fobbed off continuously and BT are blaming engineers/contractors. Although work is supposedly underway we have seen no sight or sound of any engineers or the traffic management that is apparently holding up the process. I can't work from home and the lack of landline is a problem as mobile reception is pretty bad. Have requested weekly updates but nothing seems to be progressing. Shambolic.
