2 months of lies, phone calls and absolutely no service delivery.

Complaint against BT

I ordered BT infinity on the 5th January 2015. I was told an engineer would arrive on the 30th January. I took the day off work,no engineer came and no call.Was then told the order hadn't gone through, replaced order. 5 days later,I called back and again the order hadn't gone through. Re-placed order for third time, was told i would have internet by 11th Feb, to just be told it couldn't be activated. And I now have to wait until the 16th to find out if there is a problem. I have spent HOURS on the phone to BT, I have also lost money through freelance work as I have no internet.
