3.5 hours on the phone to BT just to create a new email address

Complaint against BT

I rang to ask for an additional email address to be created - 3.5 hours later it is still not done PLUS the two email addresses I did have have been taken offline!! How the hell in this day and age can it be so difficult!? In addition, on another telephone number I work from, I asked for the line to be moved from one room to another resulting in my being without phone and broadband for three weeks!!

4 hours on the phone after changing to b t broadband.Changed my phone number which I have had for more than thirty years and didn`t even tell me,now can`t get incoming calls and they say might not get it back.was put through to a call centre in india,total nightmare.and to top it all broadband speed running at half the speed of my old provider.complained and got nowhere.service absolutely shocking.wish I`d stayed with talk talk.
