Complaint against BT

After 3 months of virtually no broadband, which means no TV,and 1 engineer visiting my home, want to cancel my contract but no I will incur exit fees, so I have to have another engineer to sort out the problem, now the good bit after the engineer has visited and the problem is the same I can leave without any exit fee's as BT will be in breach of contract ( not supplying a service)

After e-mailing [email protected] I have had another engineer visit who confirmed what the first engineer had said and replaced my line. All my services now work as they should, now happy :) Also BT have applied a credit to my account for the time my service was not working..
