Broadband continualy dropping off

Complaint against BT

We have lost count of the many days when we have no service, after 4pm when schoolchildren must be doing homework we can't get on for a good hour or so. Saturday & Sunday we were cut off numerous times. We have had several different routers, many engineer visits & they always tell us its not ur lie-router-indoor connection but where we live. Please tell me why we are paying exactly the same as someone who lives in Bridgwater who has no such problems & a far superior broadband speed. Surely this is grossly unfair. When are we going to get the service that we are paying for ?
