Complaint against BT

I've been trying to get through to BT to renew a Broadband contract ( maybe?) but I've found it impossible to get through on the phone. I've sat in queue after queue waiting. They say waiting times are 10-20 but I believe it could be much much longer. The problem is BT never give an update on waiting times so it's difficult to know whether to hang up or hold. DO they think their customers have nothing better to do? This is unacceptable for brand BT who incidentally charge more for their services than Sky for example.Weve continued with BT in the past because 'it's better the devil you know' but now we're receiving this ever worsening service and paying more for it ! ( BT line rental is £18.99 whereas if you rent the same BT line through Sky its £17.40 ! ) So we're paying through the nose for rubbish service - and can't get through to BT to cance renew or discuss. BT used to have a good reputaion but it's now lowering its standards rapidly
