Complaint against BT

Over a week ago this started, I had a voip (voice over internet protocol) line at work, it kept crashing, so I spoke to BT and decided to lose it and have the number transferred to my home phone and call divert to my mobile, this was supposed to complete in 24 hrs! 3 days to get the renumber and the divert is still not on, it's cost me in the region of £1500 now and I cant claim as its now a residential line! now they've added 1571 which picks up before my answerphone so I cant even get my recorded message out! I didn't ask for 1571! this is driving me MAD!

The phone is now working, I've lost over £1000 in trade since this saga began but it's ok because I've been compensated £10,
