Complaint against BT
Having a ADT alarm system BT charge premium rates and over the last 3 years costs rose from 7p per unit to 52p per unit in 2015. BT stated that ADT set the charges - ADT denied this in writing. Complained to BT their response...'due to increased overhead costs in financing rural broadband' Wrote to Offcom they said they do not rule on consumer issues - am I to assume:- It is OK for BT to 'rip off' customers as long as they do it nicely !!!!
