BT does not recognise my Security ID answer, nor my BT account number.

Complaint against BT

I was asked a sercurity question when my account was set up, I have made contact with BT speaking to a representive explaining the problem but 2months down the line I have the same problem, I can't move on getting my account online. They fail to recognise both my account number that was resent by BT and my sercurity question. I am exhausted after many attempts, where do I go to from here?
