BT failed to provide active landline therefore my wife's life line service is disconnected.

Complaint against BT

We have moved our home on 27th September. We contacted BT on 15th to have our land line moved to new address. We have made numerous calls to explain that my wife has retired due to ill health from her NHS consultant physician post uses the life line since service. Therefore with out land line and no life line service my wife is at risk of medical emergency. I am a Consultant Gynaecological Cancer Surgeon in the NHS and can not go back to work till this is resolved. This has implications for the NHS patients.
