BT leaves 90 year old in lurch for over 3 weeks.

Complaint against BT

Phone cut off 13 December. "priority" allocated 30 hours for repair - failed. New date 16 Dec -failed. New date 21 Dec - failed. New date 21 December revised to 6 Jan 2016. BT say they cannot repair earlier (which might be true) but also that they cannot reroute to my mother in law's phone - probably porkies as only a handful of customers are affected.
