Complaint against BT

Despite them having supplied new 500 Mb Broadband Extenders to replace the original 200 Mb Extenders, still getting screen pixellation and temporary loss of sound when watching programmes. I think the most likely cause is slowing of broadband speed and narrowing of bandwidth. The only way that this will be resolved is when optical fibre replaces copper cable all the way to my house. I have complained again to BT two days ago and they haven't bothered to respond either to my web complaint or request for callback.
